Return and refund policy

Exchange & Returns

You may exchange or return an item within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
Please send returns without cash-on-delivery (COD).
Kindly contact us at ua.fashionshop@gmail.com with the subject line "Exchange/Return Request", or send us a message on Instagram: instagram.com/ukrainianfashionshop.

Make sure the item is returned in the same condition as it was received — unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
A refund will be processed to your card within 1–5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Return shipping details will be provided separately.

Please return items as a separate parcel, at your own shipping expense.

Wrong Size?

Simply return the item to our courier or post office, paying only for the return shipping.
Please note that stylist consultations and product measurements provided on our website are informational and advisory in nature, and do not guarantee an exact size match.
An item that doesn’t fit is not considered grounds for a claim against the store.

Have You Received My Return?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund accordingly.
