Payment & Delivery

Nova Poshta (within Ukraine)

Estimated delivery time: 1–3 days from the moment of order confirmation.
Delivery cost is calculated according to Nova Poshta tariffs.
Tracking number is provided for parcel tracking.
Cash on delivery (COD) is available at the pickup point.

Ukrposhta (Worldwide Shipping)

Orders outside Ukraine are shipped via Ukrposhta. Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days, depending on your country. Shipping cost is calculated based on the product’s weight in accordance with the courier’s pricing policy.

If you prefer another shipping method, please contact our manager — we’re happy to accommodate your needs.
Worldwide delivery is available.

Payment Options

1. Cash
Payment can be made in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) in cash upon self-pickup from our store.

2. Bank Transfer
Payment is made in UAH to our PrivatBank account.

3. Online Payment by Card
Pay directly on the website using any convenient card or online payment method.

4. Cash on Delivery (Nova Poshta)
Payment upon collection at a Nova Poshta branch.
A UAH 300 advance payment is required.
This amount will be deducted from the total order cost.
Please note: in case of refusal to collect the parcel, the prepayment is non-refundable and will be used to cover Nova Poshta service fees.
