Orders outside Ukraine are shipped via Ukrposhta. Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days, depending on your country.
Shipping cost is calculated based on the product’s weight in accordance with the courier’s pricing policy.

Worldwide delivery is available.
You may exchange or return an item within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
Please send returns without cash-on-delivery (COD).

Make sure the item is returned in the same condition as it was received — unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
A refund will be processed to your card within 1–5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Return shipping details will be provided separately.
Please return items as a separate parcel, at your own shipping expense.
Wrong Size?
Simply return the item to our courier or post office, paying only for the return shipping.
Please note that stylist consultations and product measurements provided on our website are informational and advisory in nature, and do not guarantee an exact size match.
An item that doesn’t fit is not considered grounds for a claim against the store.
